Cavalla dosing modules are in use throughout the beauty industry as well as for non-cosmetic applications where accurate hot filling is the paramount. By precise control of all variables - dispensing temperature, pump speed and cycle time - there’s a perfect fill every time.

All of our modules driven by a precision gear pump encased in evenly heated distribution blocks. With this method we can configure both larger and smaller modules to accommodate a range of volumes and fill rates.

Cavalla dosing systems can be easily integrated into existing production lines or we can design a full production system based on the client’s requirements. Typical lines include component conveyance, pre-heating, melting and mixing, filling, cooling, post heating, application of surface texture, and accumulation for further processing.
